These terms cover your use of watchtower.is ("the site") and the Watchtower service, including founding annual pre-orders. By using the site or buying a plan, you agree to them.
Who runs Watchtower
Upper Deerfield Ventures LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company in the United States, runs both toolprices.pro and watchtower.is. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Upper Deerfield Ventures LLC, and "you" means the person or business using Watchtower.
Accounts
Your Watchtower account is tied to the email address you enter at checkout. Keep access to that email address secure, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you buy for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
Billing
Payments are handled by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. A founding annual pre-order is a single payment, in US dollars, at the price shown on the pricing page when you buy. It covers your first year, which starts at launch.
Your plan does not renew automatically, and we do not store your card to charge it again. To cancel, or to ask about a refund, email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout.

Data use
Watchtower may use the publicly available prices and plan details it observes on public vendor web pages, in aggregated form, to publish pricing information, including on ToolPrices.pro, a site operated by Upper Deerfield Ventures LLC. We never publish or share your identity, your account details, which pages you track, or the content of any private, password-protected or authenticated URL. You may only ask Watchtower to monitor pages you are permitted to access, and you must not submit URLs containing credentials, tokens or personal data.

Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Watchtower to break the law or to violate someone else's rights
- try to get around usage limits, or access parts of the service you have not paid for
- interfere with the site or the service, or try to break their security
- resell or share access to your account outside your own business without our written agreement
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Disclaimer
Watchtower reports what it observes on public web pages. Vendors can change their pages at any time, and a check can miss or misread a change. Alerts are for information only. Confirm prices with the vendor before you rely on them. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits or revenue, that arise from your use of Watchtower. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects paying customers, we will tell them by email before it takes effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
